Who we are

Leoben Trading Ltd (company number 17566352), 15 Camden Road, Bexley, DA5 3NS, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our brands.

What we collect

If you email us, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply. When you buy from one of our brands we process your name, delivery address, email and order details to fulfil your order. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store card details.

Cookies and advertising

Our websites may use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and show relevant adverts. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account.

Legal basis

We process data to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business. Where required, we ask for your consent.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as hosting, payment, fulfilment and advertising partners. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years for tax purposes. Other data is kept only as long as needed.

Your rights
